A timeline of noticeable changes - newest first. Each entry matches one version of the program.
After you change your password in the profile or via the email link, sessions on other devices end, while you keep working on this one. Data protection is also stronger: an avatar or logo is accepted only if the file really is an image.
If position permissions were changed in another tab or the position was deleted, the permissions page no longer keeps the old state: after a refusal it refreshes and says so.
Changing your password in the profile now has an attempt limit: after several failed attempts in a row it pauses for a few minutes. Address fields and messages use consistent wording.
The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Registration Details are now available in English, German and Polish. The Ukrainian version prevails - the first sentence of each translation says so.
The first sign-in wizard steps are more compact and no longer send you back to data you already saved. Form errors are shown under the field, and when there are too many attempts you can see how long to wait.
Amounts and quantities are now typed with thousands separators, and the mouse wheel no longer changes them. A disabled button explains why it is disabled, and form errors are gathered at the top. Turned-off hints no longer appear at all.
Confirmation dialogs and the tour offer on the phone are now aligned to the left, with the buttons in one row, just like on the computer. The tour offer has two buttons: answer «Not now» twice and it will not appear again, while the tour stays in the help menu.
After several failed sign-in attempts in a row, the form asks you to wait a minute, so nobody can guess your password by trying one after another. Lists of businesses, positions and materials now follow the alphabet.
If the site address has an extra or wrong word, the «page not found» screen opens in the language you chose. On that screen, the «Help» menu explains that there is no tour here instead of showing an inactive item.
If a page does not exist, for example the record was deleted or the address has a typo, you see the explanation in the language you chose, not in Ukrainian. In the workspace, the side menu stays in place and the button takes you back to the workspace.
Text on the pages appeared in your device’s system font, even though the brand font Geist was downloaded every time. Now every page shows Geist, and the letters look the same on a computer and a phone.
If you collapse the side menu, it stays collapsed after the page reloads and in a new tab. If a record was already deleted in another tab or by another person, the delete window closes with an explanation instead of repeating the same error. Changing a record that no longer exists no longer says «saved».
The side menu now highlights the item of the page you have opened, on nested pages too: the page of a single workstation highlights «Workstations». Before, the menu did not show which section you were in.
Under the number of working days in the schedule, the day names in English and Polish ran into each other, especially on a phone. Now each day is marked with two letters, as in a calendar, and the full name shows when you point at the day.
On a phone, the side menu stayed open over the page you had just chosen. Now it closes right away. If a record was changed in another tab or by another person, the message says what happened and the page refreshes on its own - no need to reload it by hand. The offer to take a tour no longer covers a menu or form you have already opened.
After renaming a workplace, the delete window showed the old name until the page was reloaded. Now the new name appears at once. After saving, the screen updates with one request instead of two. If access to an account is closed, the sign-in page explains what happened and where to write - the same for password, Google and passkey sign-in.
An employee with the "Employee list" right sees on the "My team" page who works in the business and in which position. With the "Invite employees" right they can also invite people, cancel invitations, and dismiss or restore employees. Positions, their rights and business settings are now changed only by the owner: whoever changes the rights of all positions changes their own too.
The "Manage positions", "Invite employees" and "Business settings" rights are now granted in full: the choice is "None / Full access", and an employee with the right can save changes. After you star a business as default, the sidebar switcher shows it right away. Side forms open faster, and error messages for sign-in, codes and invitations tell you what to do next.
The theme button in the top bar opens a window with three previews: light, dark, or the same as your device. Pages and tab contents fade in smoothly, stat cards appear one after another, and the selected option in switches now has an outline, not just a colour. If reduced motion is on in your device settings, windows and menus simply fade in without moving.
The width button in the top bar opens a window with three small screen previews: each shows how much room the panel will take. Under the heading, a short note explains why you might pick a wider or narrower one. The button appears where the panel stays fixed at the side - on tablet-size screens and wider.
On the "Working hours" page and in a workplace schedule, every day now has a bar on a shared scale of hours: you see at once which day is shorter and where the break is. You can copy a day you have set up to any other days, and a round-the-clock day goes from 0 to 24 - without a lost minute.

When you switched a day on, every day below it moved down, and the next switch slipped away from your finger or cursor. Now a day off and a working day have the same height on any screen, so you can switch days on one after another.
On narrow phone screens, the fields and buttons on the sign-in, sign-up and password recovery pages stuck out past the right edge of the form frame. Now they stay inside it, and you see the whole form. The button that resends the confirmation email stays inactive while the email is being sent: a second click no longer gives an extra error.
When you sign in with an address you have not confirmed yet, the button "Resend verification email" appears under the form. Before, a click in the first second gave a security check error, and no email arrived. Now the button becomes active as soon as the check is ready, and the email is sent on the first click.
The emails you receive - email confirmation, password reset, team invitation, waiting list and document changes - now share one style with Hoogo products: a dark header with the logo, a teal button, the invitation code on its own panel, and a short summary under the subject in your inbox. And if you register in English, German or Polish, the email confirmation arrives in that language, not in Ukrainian.
In English, German or Polish, the Business type column on the My businesses page showed the name in Ukrainian. Now it is in your interface language, like the list you choose from in the business form. On the home page and the pricing page, plan names and the business types in the “Who it is for” block are also shown in the language you chose.
In English, German or Polish, the Position column on the My team page showed “Власник” in Ukrainian; now it is in your interface language, like the crown badge next to the name. In German this position now has a single name everywhere, “Inhaber”. And if you already have a business but have not created positions for employees yet, the first tour offer no longer says you have no business: the tour shows the page as it is.
If you invite an employee while you still have a temporary nickname like “user_…”, the email and the invitation page now say “Business owner” instead of that technical string. A temporary nickname can be replaced only with a real one: you can no longer save a variant that looks temporary. And if you work in someone else’s business and create your own, you can add a logo to it even when your employer’s subscription has ended.
If you work in someone else’s business and have no subscription of your own, the grey Create button on the My businesses page now explains exactly that instead of a plan limit. With your own active subscription you can create your business even when your employer’s subscription has ended. In the first sign-in wizard, your phone number stays in the field if you go one step back.
When you move between workspace pages, the screen changes at once: the page title is already in place, and grey placeholders show where the data will appear a moment later. Before, on a slow connection the previous page stayed on screen for a few seconds after a menu click, and it was not clear that the switch had started.
If an invitation code does not work, you will see the reason right under the field instead of a pop-up message. On the phone step, the wrong-number hint disappears as soon as you type a correct number, and the Continue button is no longer cut off on a narrow screen. The promo code discount label on the plans is now shown in your interface language.
On the Positions and access tab, the action buttons were printed over the Accesses and Status columns. Now the actions are compact icons, and you will see the name of each one in its hint. The description of the Owner position is shown in your interface language.
If you enter a wrong confirmation code at sign-in, or a wrong password or code in the Security section, five times in a row, you will see in how many minutes you can try again. Before, the message only said “in a few minutes”.
When all businesses allowed by your plan are already created, the Create button turns grey, and tapping it explains how many businesses the plan allows and how to free a place. Before, you learned about the limit only after filling in the form. The business creation date is now the same on any device.
On iPhone, a form panel could shrink to a thin strip when opened on a scrolled page. Now the cursor moves to the first field only after the panel has fully slid in, so the form opens at full height. Long dashes in all texts are replaced with a plain hyphen, and the help screenshots are updated.
Your profile now has three tabs. In “Overview” you see the key facts about your account and turn hints and tour invitations on or off. In “Personal data” you change your full name, add phones, email and messengers and choose your main contact. In “Security” you manage your password, two-factor protection and passkeys.
Some buttons used to show a full hint while others showed only a short name that stayed even after you turned hints off. Now every button and label explains what happens when you use it, and the hints switch in the top right corner hides them all.
If two-factor protection (2FA) is on and your phone is not at hand, you sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved during setup. The field for such a code used to overflow the form and did not accept the full code - now it is a single field where you can paste the code at once. Sign-in and passkey errors now appear in your language, with a hint on what to do next.
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy now have their final revision, and a new Registration Details page shows who provides the service. At sign-up you agree to both documents with a separate checkbox, and the date and revision of your agreement are recorded. News emails will come only with your separate consent, and you can unsubscribe with one click in the email.
The big number used to be the total for the whole billing period, so yearly payment looked more expensive even though a month inside it costs less. Now the big number is what one month costs at the chosen period, and the total for the period sits in a small line under it. Plan prices are now in dollars, and next to each one you see the approximate amount in hryvnia - exactly what will be charged.
The home page, the plans and the blog now open noticeably faster. The data behind them is kept ready instead of being gathered anew on every view. What you see does not change: the list of articles and the prices stay current.
The site now has a blog: practical articles about what makes up the cost price of a service, how to set a price and how not to work at a loss. Articles come out in Ukrainian, and translated ones in three more languages.
The home page is no longer a placeholder. It now shows who the product is for, what it costs and how it works out cost price. Sales have not started yet, so you can leave your email on the waiting list.
