Last updated: 23/10/2026

This translation is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the bizcalc.online website and the related BizCalc services (the "Service").

When you sign up, you confirm with a separate checkbox that you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Without this checkbox, the account is not created. The date of consent and the revision you agreed to are saved - see section 12. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Service.

The provider of the Service is Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Maksym Serhiiovych Plotitsyn (hereinafter "BizCalc", "we"). The provider's registration and contact details are given on the "Registration Details" page.

1. About BizCalc and these Terms

BizCalc is an online service for calculating the cost price and prices of services in a service business: work schedule, workplaces, services, materials, fixed and variable costs, workload, calculation of cost price and profit, and working with a team.

BizCalc is a digital service. The available features depend on the chosen plan and the current version of the Service.

We may update these Terms because of changes to the Service, the law or the conditions on which it is provided. The current revision and the date it was updated are always available on this page.

If changes materially affect your rights or the terms of a paid subscription, we will notify you of them in the cases and in the manner provided for by the law or by these Terms.

2. Account and access

  • To use BizCalc fully, you need an account with valid contact details.

  • You are responsible for keeping the means of access to your account safe and for the actions performed through it, unless the law provides otherwise.

  • Do not hand your account over to other people, and do not use several accounts to get around the plan, technical or other limits of the Service.

  • We may apply additional ways of verifying identity or protecting the account if this is necessary for the security of the Service.

3. Businesses, team and other people's data

In BizCalc you can create separate businesses and give other users access to them within the features available in the Service.

The user who manages a business is responsible for the access rights granted to other people and for the lawfulness of the use of personal data that they or the users they invited enter into BizCalc.

Deleting a business or other objects may lead to the irreversible deletion of the data linked to them. The consequences of such actions may additionally be shown directly in the interface before they are performed.

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, payment and automatic renewal

BizCalc's paid features are provided according to the plans published on the "Pricing" page. The price, term and contents of the plan shown at checkout are part of the agreement between you and BizCalc.

You pay for the subscription in advance for the chosen period. Paid access is activated after successful payment is confirmed.

BizCalc may provide free trial access, promo codes, discounts or other special offers. The terms of each offer are stated when it is provided.

If, when setting up a subscription, you allow the payment provider to save your payment method, and automatic renewal is available in the Service, the cost of the next period may be charged automatically.

In the Service you can view your active subscription, its cost and its term. If a next payment is scheduled, information about it is also available there.

If automatic renewal is turned on, you can turn it off before the next charge. After that, no new recurring payments are charged, and access you have already paid for remains valid until the end of the relevant period.

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or offer you the option to renew the subscription yourself.

Changes to the plans do not affect a period that has already been paid. The new price applies only to future payments.

Documents for payments are issued in the cases and in the manner provided for by the law.

5. Cancelling a subscription and refunds

You can stop automatic renewal or not pay for the next period. Access you have already paid for is kept until the end of the relevant term.

In the case of an ordinary cancellation of the subscription on your initiative, money for the unused part of a period already paid is not refunded, unless otherwise provided by the law or by the separate terms of an offer.

If the digital service is not provided or does not meet mandatory requirements, you have the rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

When you set up a paid subscription, BizCalc asks you to separately confirm your consent to the digital service starting before the end of the period set by law for withdrawing from a distance contract. The consequences of such consent are stated when the subscription is set up.

For questions about payment or refunds, you can contact support@bizcalc.online.

These Terms do not limit those of your rights that the legislation of Ukraine does not allow to be limited by contract.

6. Your data and the end of a subscription

BizCalc does not acquire ownership rights to the content of the data you enter into the Service. We process it for the operation of BizCalc in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You can request a copy of your data by contacting support@bizcalc.online.

After a paid subscription ends, access to certain features may be limited. Data may be kept for some time so that you can resume using the Service or take other available actions with it.

The rules and periods for storing data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

When using BizCalc, it is prohibited to:

  • use the Service for illegal activity;

  • try to gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts, data, systems or infrastructure;

  • get around technical, plan, security or other limits of the Service;

  • create excessive automated load, perform scraping or obtain information in bulk by automated means without our permission. Scraping is the automated collection of data from the service's pages using programs;

  • carry out vulnerability scanning, security testing or other actions that may affect the operation of the Service without BizCalc's prior permission;

  • upload malicious code or use the Service for attacks, fraud or other abuse;

  • resell access to the Service or use BizCalc as the basis, the server side (backend) or another component of another product without our permission. The server side processes a product's requests and data;

  • enter other people's personal data without a lawful basis for using it.

8. Intellectual property

The rights to the BizCalc software, its code, design, structure, texts, graphic materials, trade designations and other elements of the Service belong to BizCalc or are used by us on lawful grounds.

For the period during which you use the Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BizCalc in accordance with its purpose and these Terms.

Without our permission, it is prohibited to copy or reproduce substantial parts of the Service, to carry out reverse engineering or decompilation, to try to obtain the source code, internal algorithms or structure of the system, and to use elements of BizCalc to create a competing product, except in cases expressly permitted by the law.

Reverse engineering is the study of a finished program in order to reproduce its internal structure or principles of operation. Decompilation is the conversion of a finished program into code close to the source code.

9. Operation of the Service and liability

We strive to ensure that BizCalc works stably and securely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or constantly available operation of the Service.

BizCalc may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, emergencies, the work of third-party providers, internet providers or other circumstances.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the data you enter into BizCalc, as well as for the decisions you make based on it.

BizCalc does not check the accounting, tax, legal or other professional correctness of the data you enter and is not a financial, accounting, tax or legal advisor.

Cost price, prices, profit, workload and other indicators are calculated from the user's data and settings. They are for reference only, do not replace accounting and tax records, and are not official reporting, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The demo calculator on the home page works with sample figures and serves only to show how the calculation is done.

To the extent permitted by the law, BizCalc is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Restricting or terminating access

We may temporarily restrict access to the Service if this is necessary for its security, the protection of users, the prevention of fraud, the investigation of a possible breach of these Terms or compliance with the requirements of the law.

We may terminate access in the event of a material or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Service, abuse of its functionality or failure to meet payment obligations.

When this is possible and does not conflict with security requirements or the law, we will inform you of the reason for restricting or terminating access.

Whether a copy of the data can be obtained after access is terminated depends on the reason for termination, the technical capabilities of the Service and the requirements of the law.

You can stop using BizCalc at any time. To delete your account, write to support@bizcalc.online from the address it is registered to.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and the relationship between you and BizCalc are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

If you have a question or a claim, you can contact support@bizcalc.online. Disputes that could not be resolved through negotiation are resolved in the manner provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

Each revision of these Terms has its own label. The current revision and the date of the latest edit are given on this page, and the list of changes is on the "Revision history" page.

When you agree to the Terms - when signing up, setting up a subscription or on the updated documents screen - the date and time of consent and the label of the revision you agreed to are saved. You can see your consents by contacting support@bizcalc.online.

We may change these Terms. If the substance changes - time periods, payment, refunds, the obligations of the parties - the next time you sign in we will show what exactly has changed and ask you to agree to the new revision. Until then, you will not be able to use the Service; you can always sign out of your account instead. If an edit does not affect the substance - a corrected mistake, clearer wording - only the date of the edit changes, and we will not bother you.
