This translation is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Ukrainian version, the Ukrainian version prevails.

This Policy explains what personal data we process when you use BizCalc, what we use it for, whom we may share it with, how we store it and what rights you have.

The operator of the BizCalc service (the "Service") and the owner of the personal data is Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Maksym Serhiiovych Plotitsyn. Full registration and contact details are given on the "Registration Details" page.

1. What data we process

BizCalc processes only the data needed for the Service to work and for the features you use.

  • Account data - including your email address, name, phone number and other contact details you have provided, your avatar and profile settings.

  • Data you enter into BizCalc yourself - including businesses, work schedules, workplaces, services, materials, expenses, and information about team members.

  • Information about your consents - the date and time of consent, the revision of the document you agreed to, the language in which you read it, your IP address and information about your browser. These records are needed so that both you and we can confirm exactly which revision you agreed to.

  • Payment information - the details needed to set up a subscription and keep records of payments. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider's page and are not stored on BizCalc's servers.

  • Waiting list - if you left your email address before sign-up opened: the address, the language of the page, the page you came from, your IP address and information about your browser. This data is needed only for the launch email.

  • Support requests - the information you yourself send us when you contact support.

  • Technical data - information needed for the operation and security of the Service and to protect it from abuse.

  • Visits via our links - statistics on link visits without your name, contact details or IP address. Details are in section 8.

  • Source mark and information about sign-up and payment - only after you consent to analytics cookies. Details are in section 9.

2. What we use the data for

We use personal data only for defined purposes:

  • for creating and running your account and providing BizCalc features;

  • for storing and processing the data you enter into the Service;

  • for subscription payments, keeping records of payments and compliance with the requirements of the law;

  • for account security, protection of the Service and prevention of abuse;

  • for service messages and replies to your requests;

  • for visit statistics or news emails - only when such processing requires your consent and you have given it.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract with you, compliance with the requirements of the law, our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and operation of the Service, or your consent - depending on the specific purpose of the processing.

3. Who the data may be shared with

We do not sell your personal data. The records you create in BizCalc - services, materials, expenses, prices - are not shared with anyone for advertising.

To run BizCalc, we use the services of external providers, including cloud infrastructure, payment services, communication tools, authorization, analytics and protection of the Service.

Such providers receive only the data needed to perform the relevant function and process it within the authority granted to them.

Statistics on visits via our links are kept by Hoogo's own system - the team that builds BizCalc. Details are in section 8. If you have consented to analytics, the information about sign-up and payment from section 9 goes there as well.

The main data that you create and store in BizCalc is hosted on cloud servers in the European Union.

Certain technical or service data may be processed by service providers outside Ukraine or the European Union in accordance with the applicable personal data protection requirements.

4. Where data is stored and how it is protected

BizCalc's main data is stored on cloud servers in the European Union.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

5. How long data is kept

Account data and the data you store in BizCalc are kept for as long as your account exists or as long as they are needed to provide the Service.

After your account is deleted, the data is deleted from active systems. Data in backups is deleted according to their cycle of automatic renewal and deletion.

Certain payment information and documents may be kept longer if the law requires it.

Technical logs and service data are kept only for the time needed for security, the operation of the Service or compliance with the requirements of the law.

The link visit statistics from section 8 are kept without a time limit: they contain no name, contact details or IP address of yours.

The source mark (section 9) is kept in your browser for no longer than 90 days. The information about sign-up and payment from the same section is kept without a time limit: it contains no name, contact details or workspace data of yours.

Records of your consents are kept for as long as your account exists and are deleted together with it. The exception is information about unsubscribing from emails: the address and the "do not email" flag remain even after the account is deleted, because they are exactly what prevents an email from being sent to you by mistake.

6. Your rights

You manage most of your data in BizCalc yourself:

  • the data you enter into the Service can be changed or deleted in the relevant sections;

  • you can change your cookie settings yourself;

  • consent to news emails can be withdrawn at any time - with the switch in your profile or with the "Unsubscribe" link in the email itself, without signing in to your account.

You can request a copy of your data, or the deletion of your account together with the data you store in BizCalc, by contacting support@bizcalc.online. After deletion, only certain payment information and other documents that BizCalc is obliged to keep for the period set by law may remain.

You also have the rights regarding your personal data provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and, where it applies, by the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

If such a right cannot be exercised on your own through the BizCalc interface, you can contact us at support@bizcalc.online. We will consider the request in accordance with the requirements of the law.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data that a site stores in your browser. They help, for example, to keep you signed in to your account and to remember your settings.

BizCalc uses technical cookies needed for the Service to work. Besides them, there are analytics cookies - for visit statistics.

Analytics cookies are used only after your consent. Until then, none of them is created. You can change or withdraw your choice through "Cookie settings" - in the site footer or in your profile.

The source mark also belongs to analytics cookies - see section 9 about it. Your choice is stored in your browser so that the site does not ask you about it on every page.

On social networks, in emails, in advertising and in printed materials we may use short links, QR codes and links with a mark in the address.

When you follow such a link, we count that visit. This helps us understand which posts and materials actually bring people to the site.

The statistics store the link itself, the time of the visit, the country, the device type and the site from which the visit came. If a QR code was used, this will also be visible.

We do not store your name, email address, phone number, IP address or account data in this record. From these statistics we cannot determine which particular person followed the link.

So that the same visit is not accidentally counted several times, a technical depersonalized marker is used temporarily. It is valid for no longer than one day.

No separate cookies are created on your device for this counting.

The statistics are kept by Hoogo's own system - the team that builds BizCalc. We do not sell this data and do not share it with advertisers.

If you open the site directly at the regular address bizcalc.online, there will be no short-link visit in these statistics.

Some of our links contain a mark that helps us understand from which post or ad people come to sign up.

This feature works only after you consent to analytics cookies.

What is stored on the device. After your consent, the browser may store the source mark - the link number and the time of the visit. It does not contain your name, email address, phone number or other contact details, and it is kept for no longer than 90 days.

What happens after sign-up or payment. If you have consented to analytics, Hoogo may receive information that a sign-up or a subscription payment has taken place, and, if you came via our link, which link it was.

For a payment, its amount and whether it is the first or a repeat payment are also passed on.

We do not pass your name, email address, phone number or data from your workspace to these statistics. Sign-up and payment are linked to each other only by a technical marker that contains no personal data of yours.

Your account may store the number of the link from which you signed up and information about the consent given at that moment. This data is deleted together with the account.

If there is no consent. The source mark is not stored on the device. A sign-up may be counted only in the total number of sign-ups, without information about the source and without a user marker. Payment data is not passed on for such analytics.

Your workspace data - services, materials, expenses, prices and the pages you open - does not get into these statistics.

Why this is needed. This way we see which posts and advertising materials actually bring people to BizCalc, and we can assess their usefulness.

This data is not sold and is not shared with advertisers.

How to opt out. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" in the site footer or in your profile. After that, the mark will be deleted from the browser, and new events that require consent will no longer be passed on. If you have an account, do this in the browser where you sign in to it.

10. Other important terms

Access to data. Personal data can be accessed only by users to whom you yourself have granted the relevant rights, and by authorized persons of BizCalc to the extent needed for the operation, security and support of the Service or for compliance with the requirements of the law.

Other people's data. If you enter other people's personal data into BizCalc - for example, of employees or team members - you are responsible for the lawfulness of its use. BizCalc processes such data only to provide the features of the Service in accordance with your actions in BizCalc.

Persons under 18. BizCalc is not intended for persons under 18. If we become aware of such data being processed contrary to this requirement, we will take the necessary measures in accordance with the law.

News emails. In addition to service messages - about payment, security, support requests - we may send emails about Service news and tips on calculating cost price and prices. Such emails are sent only with your separate consent, which you give yourself: with a checkbox at sign-up or with the switch in your profile. This consent is not tied to consent to the Terms of Service and this Policy: declining emails does not affect your use of the Service in any way. You can withdraw it at any time - in your profile or with the link in the email itself, without signing in to your account.

Changes to the Policy. We may update this Policy. The current revision and the date it was updated are always available on this page, and the list of changes is on the "Revision history" page. If material terms change, we will ask you to agree to the new revision the next time you sign in, and the date of that consent will be saved together with the revision label. If the law requires separate notice of certain changes, we will notify you in the manner it prescribes.

Contacts. For questions about personal data and how the Service works, write to support@bizcalc.online.
